Analisis Peran Kegiatan Fisik dalam Meningkatkan Kesehatan Mental Mahasiswa

This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity and students' mental health. This study uses a survey method involving 200 students from various universities in Indonesia. The results showed that students who regularly engaged in physical activity experienced lower stress levels, had better sleep quality, and showed improved emotional well-being compared to students who were less physically active.
